1. Introduction Welcome to Mooiste Meisie! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our WhatsApp video consultation services. By booking and participating in a video consultation with our agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All consultations must be booked through our official booking page on the Mooiste Meisie website
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and reschedule within 24 hours in advance your number will be banned from using our online booking service.

3. Consultation Process

Consultations are conducted via WhatsApp video call. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functioning camera and microphone.
You need to face the window light or have a ring light on hand.
Please do not have any makeup on as we need to see your natural colour.
Our agents will provide personalized makeup color matching and skincare advice based on the information you provide during the consultation.
The consultation is free of charge.
Agents will then guide you on purchasing the products you require. Purchasing products is optional and not an obligation.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing personalized advice.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation to ensure the best possible advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your WhatsApp account is active and accessible at the time of the consultation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mooiste Meisie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our video consultation services.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the advice provided during the consultation as many phones screens and cameras may provide a different colour perspective.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
Your continued use of our video consultation services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
