Mooiste Meisie Consultations Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• Welcome to Mooiste Meisie! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our WhatsApp video consultation services, including Free Makeup and Skincare consultations, and Free Mini Makeovers. By booking and participating in a video consultation with our agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Scheduling

• All consultations must be booked through our official booking page on the Mooiste Meisie website.

• You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and reschedule within 24 hours in advance, your number will be banned from using our online booking service.

1. Consultation Process

• Consultations are conducted via WhatsApp video call. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functioning camera and microphone.
• Preparation:
  • Face the window light or have a ring light on hand for better visibility.
  • Please do not have any makeup on as we need to see your natural color.
• Makeup and Skincare Consultations:
  • Our agents will provide personalized makeup color matching, skincare advice, Free Makeup and Skincare consultations, and Free Mini Makeovers based on the information you provide during the consultation.
  • The consultation is free of charge.
• Mini Makeovers:
  • During the mini makeover session, our agents will guide you through a quick and effective beauty transformation, enhancing your natural features.
  • The mini makeover is designed to provide you with an instant confidence boost, perfect for special occasions or everyday glam.
• Product Guidance:
  • Agents will guide you on purchasing the products you require. Purchasing products is optional and not an obligation.

1. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing personalized advice.
• We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the advice provided during the consultation as many phone screens and cameras may provide a different color perspective.
