How do I track my online order?
You will receive an sms from the Courier Guy with tracking information. Alternatively you can email our Admin on info@mooistemeisie.co.za to chase up on your order. Please remember to check your email or spam folder for your invoice to provide your order number for quick response time.
Are agents allowed to drive out to clients?
For the safety of our agents, Mooiste Meisie has a strict policy prohibiting agents from driving out or visiting clients at their homes. This measure is put in place due to the high risks of hijacking and human trafficking. The well-being and security of our agents are our top priorities.
Why Client Visits Are Not Allowed:
- Safety Concerns: The primary reason is to ensure the safety of our agents. By not allowing them to travel to clients’ locations, we significantly reduce the risks associated with hijacking and human trafficking.
- Controlled Environment: When clients visit agents at their premises, it provides a controlled and safe environment for consultations and makeovers.
Booking a Consultation or Makeover: Clients are encouraged to visit our agents’ premises for consultations and mini makeovers. To book an appointment, simply follow these steps:
- Visit Our Members Map: Go to Mooiste Meisie Members Map.
- Enter Your Address: Submit your address to see a map showing your nearest agent.
- Find Your Agent: Zoom in on the map to locate the nearest agent to you. Click on the map pin to view the agent’s profile.
- Message Your Agent: Click on the agent’s profile and message them directly to book your FREE Mini Makeover.
Important Note: To ensure a smooth and secure booking process, it’s important to register an account and log in on our agents’ site Mooiste Meisie. This helps prevent spam and false accounts.

One of your agents has taken my money and I have not received my products for days or weeks. What do I do?
I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience. This is highly concerning, and we take such issues very seriously. Our agents are not allowed to take clients’ money without providing the products in return. It is our policy for agents to have stock on hand at all times.
To report this issue, please email all evidence to info@mooistemeisie.co.za. Include as much information as possible, such as the agent’s name, contact details, and any communication or proof of payment. One of our team members will investigate and respond urgently to resolve the matter.
